Update these when the FIC revises PCC 6A or the TCSP sector guidance, so every report records the version the assessment was based on.

This version stores everything in your browser only. There is no account and no client personal information is requested. The data layer is isolated so multi-user storage and authentication can be added later without changing the questionnaire or rule engine.
